About Sprout Whisperer

I'm a baker, software developer, and dad. Long before the pandemic, I started baking sourdough. Around the time I met my wife, I discovered sprouted grain, and for a while I had a bakery that specialized in sprouted grain breads. Now I'm building an app for bakers. You can see it at bakezap.com.
